How we email
Our promise to subscribers and to the email services we send through.
How people join
- Only by typing their own email on HonestPerks and ticking an unticked box that says what we will send, or by choosing "Continue with Google".
- We save proof of every sign-up: the exact words agreed to, the time, the page and the IP address.
- We never buy, rent, share or sell email lists, and we never add anyone who didn't ask.
What we send, and how often
- A welcome email straight away, then a few short emails in the first week explaining how the site works.
- After that, at most one email a week with offers that passed our checks, plus reminders you asked for, such as "your free trial ends in 2 days".
- Every email comes from HonestPerks, links to our own pages, says that some links pay us a commission, and shows our postal address.
How to leave
- Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and mail apps show their own unsubscribe button too.
- Unsubscribes take effect at once and are kept forever, so you are never emailed again.
- People who stop opening our emails get one "Still want these?" email and are removed if they don't answer.
- Addresses that bounce or report spam are removed straight away.
